You have goals you want to achieve. Our only goal is to help you achieve
them. During the first appointment, we come up with a plan based on
where you are and where you want to go. Then we implement the plan
and before you know it you're where you want to be.

Coaching you to your Goals
In addition to personal training, we coach you by being there for you when
you need us. We look at your life as a whole and find ways to maximize
results through proper planning.

Diet and Exercise
Exercise alone is great, but when you add proper nutrition the program
becomes very powerful. We base our nutrition on a natural approach,
using no artificial supplements. Clients receive a food shopping guide,
daily meal plan, and a Daily Food Log to track progress.

Muscle Balance
By strengthening the correct muscles, we are able to restore posture and
balance to the body. The results are numerous: less pain, a feeling of
lightness and deeper strength, a stronger "core," and better internal body
functioning. Posture Alignment Therapy is built-in to the program of every
FST client.
