Nutrition and lifestyle training play a role into FST's
whole-body, whole-life approach to health. I do not endorse
unnatural supplements. Instead, we use nature as our guide
eating mostly vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and some meat.

A New Look at Nutrition
Nutrition is not as simple as "calories-in vs. calories-out."
Think about it, if it were that simple, you could eat cookies all
day and lose weight as long as you burned more than you
ate. But how healthy can you be eating cookies all day?

Results that Impress
The nutrition program that I've developed comes out of my
years of personal research and study. It addresses quality
and quantity. The program achieves results quickly, and is
safe. Clients can expect nutrition help from me during the
course of their training.

FST CHOW
The FST nutrition program can be summarized by the
acronym "FST CHOW."
F - Fiber (to promote regularity)
S - Salt (to provide an array of trace minerals)
T - Tea (to cleanse the entire body)
C - Chlorophyll (to oxygenate the blood)
H - Healthy Anti-Oxidants (to protect against disease)
O - Oils (to provide building tools)
W - Water (to super-hydrate the body)
