I recommend keeping a journal and writing about your successes TODAY. Don’t worry about yesterday or tomorrow, just today. A journal is a great way to help you stay on track, and help you focus on what you really want. Then focus on building one successful day. You will surprise yourself and what you can do just by focusing on today. Then that day will turn into a week, then a month, then... Your one successful day is multiplied. But it starts with today. Try this and you will feel a difference. You are taking control of your life.
