FOCUS ON TODAY
If your goal is to lose weight, get healthy, or become pain free, what
good is it to focus on yesterday or tomorrow?  Today is what you have
control over.  Today you have the power to achieve your goals.  To
summarize Marlon Smith, in the book Let your Leadership Speak, you
build a successful life with many successful months.  You build a
successful month with many successful weeks.  You build a successful
week with... You guessed it.  Many successful days.  

I recommend keeping a journal and writing about your successes
TODAY.  Don’t worry about yesterday or tomorrow, just today.  A
journal is a great way to help you stay on track, and help you focus on
what you really want.  Then focus on building one successful day.  You
will surprise yourself and what you can do just by focusing on today.  
Then that day will turn into a week, then a month, then... Your one
successful day is multiplied.  But it starts with today.  Try this and you
will feel a difference.  You are taking control of your life.  

Tip: What if you “forget” to write in your journal everyday?  Take
advantage of technology, and set the alarm in your phone to go off at
the same time, which will remind you to write.

Right now is the perfect time to take control of your posture, functional
fitness, and overall health.  The best way to do that is through daily
discipline, a journal, and FST.
