Functional Boot Camp
A Different Type of Boot Camp
Camp begins with a series of warm-ups that are
designed to do more than just get your body warm. They
actually systematically restore lost function to your body.
The result is more efficiency in our workouts.

Who can participate?
Men, women, and children ages 12 and up may
participate.  All ability levels are welcome.  We are able
to divide the groups into different ability levels if
necessary.

Time
Every Saturday morning from 9am to 10am

Cost
Single Class              $10 per person
