A Different Type of Boot Camp
Get ready for an experience! Functional Boot Camp is a
serious workout designed for you to get in the best
shape of your life.
Functional movements create
strength, flexibility, and power. All at the same time!

What to expect
   -full-body movements for ultimate strength building
   -core strength for six-pack abs
   -flexibility for injury prevention
   -a fun, supportive environment
   
Who can participate?
Men, women, and children ages 12 and up may
participate.  All ability levels are welcome.  We are able
to divide the groups into different ability levels if
necessary.

Time
Every Saturday morning from 9am to 10am

Cost
Adult               $10 per class
Child
(under 18)    $5 per class
