The 90-Day Transformation is a program that I've been
developing for years now. I am very proud of it and its ability
to affect positive change in a very short amount of time. It
starts with our first appointment, where we create a plan that
addresses every part of your life. You tell me what you
believe are your strengths and what you want to work on.
Complete Transformation
Your fitness plan, meals, grocery shopping, and daily habits
will all be looked at. After we come up with a plan that we
both feel good about, we begin to follow the plan. My job
during the 90 days is to motivate you however I can. This
means daily contact, by phone or during our workouts.
Daily Personal Attention
What separates the 90-Day Transformation from simply
doing personal training is that I am giving you all my attention
even when I'm not with you. My entire day is helping you with
your day. I am there in your corner 24/7. You will succeed. By
the end of the 90 days, you will have the tools to continue the
journey. At that time, you won't need me to be there for you all
the time. You will develop health independence.
Pricing
The 90-Day 180 includes, nutrition, posture, and functional
strength. One day a week is not an option for this intensive
program.
1 days per week: $160 per week
2 day per week: $240 per week
Program Details: Visit-by-Visit
Pre-Visit: -Phone intake and registration
-Client picks a price plan
-Client pays for first week
Visit 1: -Build rapport, get to know each other
-Posture Evaluation
-Introduction to Client Log
Client Homework:
-Do exercises 5 times per week
Visit 2: -Pantry Sweep
-Shopping -
Client Homework:
-Experiment with recipes
-Keep doing posture program
Visit 3: (client does posture program before appointment)
-Check Client Log
-Workout - 30 minutes
-Cooking - 30 minutes
Client Homework:
-Continue program daily
Additional Visits: (depending on client needs)
Posture - Month 1: every 1-2 weeks
Month 2: every 2-3 weeks
Month 3: every 3-4 weeks
Track & Field - Good to break up the monotony, and
to get outdoors.
Park Workout - Get a preview of the Saturday
class.
Weights - Once you've established a functional
foundation.
Kettlebells - Optional. For advanced athletes only.
Your Gym - Trainer designs a workout for you at your
gym.
Final Visit: Party!!!

After the 90-Day 180
At the end of the program, maintenance programs will keep
you on track. These can be anywhere between twice a week
and once a month.
